dg exhaust

hello, I am new to the board. I know exhausts are a sore subject, based on the multiple threads I rifled through. I still did not get a whole lot of info about the dg exhaust systems. I am looking at a full system, looks to be aluminum, with 12 discs to use on the end much like supertrapp systems? What is the skinny? the price seems very reasoneable, but im aware you get what you pay for. lets hear it, the good the bad the ugly? is it loud? quality? performance gains? Anyway I have a 2001 honda 400ex. thanks Paul

1st off welcome to Exriders. As for your exhaust question I wouldn't get a DG pipe they are pretty muck junk. I recommend the White Bros. E-Series. Thats what I have and love it.

I own a DG pipe and its great. Never had a problem with it. Power gains are night and day over stock.

White brothers e-series for me(slip-on) and I love it. Running 12 disks. Much better than the FMF Powercore IV I had.

I have mostly heard bad things about DG exhausts. The White Brothers is a nice choice. Personaly I would get a full LRD or Sparks.

Sparks or LRD by far. But what ever pipe you get check in with the site sponser (sp?) they'll cut a good deal. ;)
