250r 400ex hinged seat latch?

I am looking for some info on a system I saw on a couple of atv's. These were aftermarket chassis's with I believe the CRF450 motor on them. Of course they had a reverse kick geometry which meant the plastic had to be moved. These guys had their rear plastic hinged on the subframe to get it out of the way. Could anyone shed some light on this subject for me? Where can I get this type of setup?

the most common used system is a subframe that flips up and back allowing the quad to be started. a simple modifaction to the stock fenders would do the same thing ...although the front seat post would have to be re-designed. i believe leagers...burgard and houser still offer these subframes.

my friends gota jrd426 and his plastic is atached to the grab bar and its on a hinge an it jus flips up. ill try to get pics:)
