Does anyone have, or know about the race fronts for 400ex's that are kinda 250r styled, but they also have detachable fenders? I am thinking about getting some when I replace my plastic. Does anyone have any pics?

Yeah, post us some pics. I too am thinking about getting Maier race cuts and wanted to see some pics and hear some opinons. By the way does anyone know the difference between red and fighting red plastic? I saw it in the rocky mt. catalog and want to know the difference. Thanks guys.........now let see some pics, lol!:blah:

I like my plastics. The fronts mounted like a dream but the rears were a little tricky. Over all they helped the appearance greatly. Got rid of the elephant ears and changed to a nice ZEST ORANGE as well.

The Front fenders on the 400EX look like Dumbo Ears to me. Really Big and No Aerodynamics.

Nice pics guys! So when you order the race cut Maier you order the front, (which is one piece....no extra side panels,right?) the rears, and the gas tank cover and that is it correct?

So you order just those three pieces right?

Oh, how does the black hold up? I am thinking of going black for my ride next season!:devil:

The black is holding up nice so far....Just need to wash it after every ride and maybe us a little "Future" floor wax
