Fullbore

I'm just wondering if I'm the only person who thinks that fullbore plastic isn't as great looking as a lot of people think. I still prefer regular maier race cut fronts with a scoop or hood. I'm not putting Fullbore plastic down, I've seen a lot of quads that look great with them, but does anybody else like the regular maier look better?

i love the orange on the raptor....other than thati think they are way overpriced...would much rather go with maier

The fullbore fits better than the maier. Now that maier has the shiny stuff it is much better looking.

Its all a matter of quality versus cheap replacement.

if you want the good stuff, it is gonna cost you, but that is the price to be paid for the better plastics..

Besides.. you can always put a hood on the fullbores if you don't quite like the look.

I suppose for $250 maier is a good replacement. All the one's ive seen have horrible fitting, but if I was going to beat on my quad and hammer the plastic a lot I wouldn't want to use expensive stuff.
In order of what I'd run: Fullbore, factory, maier. If you want to run a different color than stock though, maier has more choices.
