I was just wanderin if any of you guys have or have rode the Honda crf230f dirt bike. I was thinkin about tradin my 250ex for a new one but i first wanna know has fast they are. thanks

One of my friends has one and personaly i dont like it at all. Its slow and the seat is pretty uncomfortable. Just my opionon tho...

ive ridden the same one and i like the xr200 better it seems alot faster then the 230....id got for a 250 or something

my husband has one, heres what he said:

For a first dirtbike it's cool. It doesn't feel slow when you are riding it, but granted it doesn't have as much power as the bigger bikes. Same as a 250 isn't as fast as a 400 and wouldn't expect it to be. It's good for trails, but doesn't have enough suspension/power for racing.

My brother just got one & was riding it yesterday he seems to really like it, he's the one that is still all busted up from a bad wipe out racing so he like the electric start(he has bad knees) & he's retired from racing & just wanted a easy going trail bike instead of his 250f I think it seems like a nice bike, I didn't ride it though yet.

It's a really nice trail bike. It's not made for motocrossers, but more for somebody who wants to go out and take it easy and just ride around. If that fits your riding style it will work great, if not look for a KDX 200 or 220, they are decent all around bikes for trails and a little motocross.
