Has anyone ever seen or used them? I seen them in dirt wheels they have like little shock absorbers in the bars, and the bar is a three piece bar. i was wondering how much they were and if they were any good!!!

they arent shock absorbers. They allow the bars to move on hard impacts. You can change these elastic type peices for different strengths.
