complete system or just the pipe

I was thinking about buying a pipe for my 250ex but I was wondering how much of a difference it would make if I got the complete t-4 system or just the silencer? Or sould I just get the WB e-series?

The difference won't even be noticable but why by a shiny new muffler without a shiny new price (except for price of course)
