300ex reverse fix? how do I do it?

I need to know how to stop the rev limiter in reverse on my 300ex, any clear input would be great, you can probably put this i FAQ if to the point, I need to know this fairly soon, thanks

thanks for the help, but do I follow the white wire, unplug it, and the ground it to the frame? it got kinda confusing at the end, thanks

He said to get a tap and tap into the white wire, and then ground it to the frame. Here's a tap to buy from RadioShack

Now, I'm assuming he's saying to plug the wire back into the harness, but maybe you leave it disconnected, I don't know. Try it both ways and see if it still works.


I'm going to do this soon, I hate how it boggs down in reverse, I never stopped to think it was a rev limiter!
