Hey is anyone here planning on going to Dumont Nov 15th weekend? I want to go but Im told not to go alone. I thought maybe I could meet up with some people there. I want to try out my new paddles, and learn to ride sand.

what are you doing halloween weekend? there are a few of us from here going up for a day.

We will be there Friday night and sat and Sat night for Halloween weekend and then again for turkey day weekend but I am not sur about making it out on the 15th but I wil check.


L.Vegas400 we need to meet up on Hsalloween weekend I would like to meet a few folks from Vegas that go. There are a few of us here in Pahrum that go and last weekend I did not make it but my buddies went and Steve from Quadcentral went out with them

Defiantely never go riding ANYWHERE alone especially the dunes. Dumont has a lot of razorbacks which are the main contributer to injuries and deaths in the dunes.

Maybe there are more mellow dunes to get your feet wet in first? Pismo maybe or Glamis?

There are alot of places at Dumont where you can just cruise. My wife is brand new to riding all together and the Dunes were intimidating at first but you warmed right up and had a great time just crusing all day long.

I can't wait for Halloween weekend. Nov. 15th sounds fun if a bunch of us go it would be fun fresh virgin sand:devil: If anyone of you vegas guys knows anyone looking for a truck or a corvette let me know I have one for sale.

There is a UTAHATV association ride @ Little Saraha Utah that day as well. If you are from Utah, go sign up at utahatv.com . You don;t have to be a member to come ride. Come meet us that weekend if your local. Have fun in Dumont!

That sounds fun I would love to go up to Utah I have been talking to all my friends and family up in UT and they said it is still close to the 80's up there that's crazy I remember when I was a kid going trick or treating we would have to wear coats over our costumes it was so cold.

the tranny on my GMC went out yesterday so i dont think im gonna make dumont halloween:grr: :mad: :( we are trying to go to glamis the weekend after that, not sure if even be able to make that, cause of $$$$$$$$$.

Im goin out to dumont in abut 3 weeks. i dont know if its the 15th? its my 1st time goin, where u live at? im comin from vegas.

I have a th350 trans for a 4x4 I dont need.....Your probley looking for a 700r4 though!
