Will a CRF front master cylinder have enough pressure to work on a quad? I found a killer deal on a CRF front brake assembly (CRF front caliper works on an R rear). So what do you think? Would it work with R calipers up front?

i don't think the preasure has much to do with it as does the volume of fluid the master holds. As a racer though you would be more maintence oriented with the quad. So it would work i believe.

we just hooked a crf lever up to my R brakes. it worked enough to stop a wheel on the stand...but we didnt ride it...so i dunno. we had trouble getting a good feel at the lever. it always came almost all the way to the bar. with my R lever you hardly pull it. so thats all i know i guess.

I guess I'll have to give it a shot. If not I can always sell it.
