Im planning on getting TCS front shocks, how will they be with a stock rear shock w/ a elka rebuild/ssd? Would it be better to get the rear shock done by tcs to match the fronts? Thanx

I have a stock rear that TCS did their rebuild on and it is an awesome difference for the price. It performs jst like and new aftermarket one. Plus it is a lot cheaper. To do a zero preload it is I think 450. It is good to have the rear set up with the fronts so they work together.

I've heard that the TCS rear rebuilds are just as good as the TCS aftermarket Race Series shocks. The usual turn around time on the rebuilds are around 5-10 days I believe.

It seems pretty close, they use a different, spring and piston and basically do everything, I plan on doing this on mine.

You should talk to Santo Derisi about his rebuilds. He is also cheaper than TCS.

Yeah I could do that for you no problem. If you would any info on doing it just let me know. I don't want to push anything on you.

I highly suggest giving Santo a call. I talked with him yesterday at the Ironman and he is more then happy to answer all your questions. I also think his setups are hard to beat.
