Where do you exactly ground the welds down on the stock header?

On the inside of the header "where they go into the motor" there is a welded ring,you will need something like a drimel to get in there..

the dremel will do the job very well. After you get the weld ground, take some fine sandpaper, and smooth it all up. noticeable gains and a FREE mod.

would i need to rejet for this mod i have a stock pipe mod k&n air filter.

yep, ur gonna need to rejet w/ the modded silencer and k&n. I would guess either 152 or 155 main, and 42 pilot.

just get a good grinding disk for your dremel or die grinder. I think the die grinder would work alot faster than the dremel. they are hard welds. but you will find them very fast. easy to see when you take the pipe off.
