my firend just got done replacing his cam chain becasue it stretched. when the chain got stretched it chewed the guide up a little. we were wondering if he really needs to replace that or not.

well just how chewed up is it, if your chain isn't sliding thru it smoothly than you need to replace it but if its still doin it's job smoothly than leave it alone
