Stock bulbs are 30 watts each. From what I have read anything over that is too much of a strain on the stock system. The stator will either need to be rewound or replaced to run a higher wattage system.

I don't know enough about relays to comment on that part.

The stock lenses are 'about' 3 1/2" diameter each.

I put some fog lights where the stock ones were. I think they might be 50 watts, not sure though. So far they have worked fine!

The stock stator puts out 147 watts. You have 70watts in the stock head lights, 5 watts for the rear, and I believe 2 watts in the neutral indicator for a total of 77 watts. The battery charger also pulls from this 147 total but I don't know how much is required to maintain a charge.

I run two additional Lazer Star 20watt lights with no problem.
