Cutting Welds On A Stock Header

you just grind em off..dont do much i dont think

well if you look in side the header pipe there is a raised weld like an inch into the pipe, all you do is take a dremal with a grinding stone on somethin along this line and grind the weld down smooth. After i did this i didnt really notice any difference maybe a little, I mainly did it cause i was boared. but give it a try you might notice slight better throttle response.

I agree with Diedrich and ridered03.....

It is more of a 'I did that' project. I did it myself and even posted a few pictures awhile ago. They didn't turn out that great but if you want to see them do a search of my name and look for somthing like 'ground header welds'.
