Finding a Truck

I am buying a truck on Tuesday and dont have the option of just buying a new truck and im looking for a 99-04 F-250 superduty 4x4 or a Chevy 2500HD. And i cant find any of the 2 trucks around me in PA that are under like 22,000. But i search other states there all over the place. Whats all that **** about. Someone find me a bad *** truck for under 20,000. There just needed to get my frustrations out
