Ok i have a quick question about the fcr. All of my mods are listed below and i have the screw 2 1/2 turns out with the needle droped 1 slot. Now my question is that whenever i go from high speed giving it a lot of gas to a really fast stop it wants to die. I can keep it running if i rev it. What should i check? It runs great otherwise i just need it to stop dying on me. Anyone got any ideas?

you may need to adjust your float level.

Where do you do that? I assume it is on the bottom of the carb. Is it a screw or something and what should i be looking for?

The float level can only be adjusted in the carb on the float itself.
