rear shock loosing pressure?

Hi it seems like my rear shock has been especially soft latly, I bottomed out on a jump I usually dont bottom out on today also. does it need a "recharge" or is that normal and I just need to save up my pennys and get a new rear shock?thanks a lot-darren

It is possible that your shock has lost some or all of its nitrogen pressure. It is also possible that it needs to be services after time the oil gets broken down and looses its ability to dampen the shock.

and if its a stock shock, it would be a good time for an elka rebiuld. since its being rebiult, might as well make it better right?
