i have this 300ex and it need's a head i kno that the 300ex and 250x are twin but gust to make shure what about the heads thanks

The cams are slightly different, the 300EX cam is a little more mild than the 250x...

yep they're the same. the only difference is the cam, and the decompression lever. which you don't really need. it'll just kick a little harder
