ive heard of 250r aarms on 300ex's with spacers so i guess it should work on a 400ex... but u would need the spacers

No they will not fit a 400. The R has much larger mounts where the a-arms bolt to the frame. You have to cut the a-arms and make bushings. If they fit a 400 they would be on mine:cool:
