If you just got the slip-on, you will want to use a 155 main if your at or near sea level. Very simple, turn gas off, take off the bowl drain on the bottom of the bowl with a 17mm wrench (some gas will come out), then with a 6mm socket take out the main jet and replace with the new one. Do not over tighten! Replace bowl drain and go try it out.

If its just a slip-on, then yes thats all you need to change. You will want a 155 for at or near sea level.

The jet kit gives you a selection of jets to choose from. Most of us don't need them. It would be much cheaper for you to buy say 150 - 160 main jets and that should give you all the jets you will ever need.

Or you can just buy one at a time.

Don't buy the jet kit unless you plan on rejetting a bunch of times, due to eleveation changes or something. Heck you can get them on here a lot of the times for 30 or 40 bucks.

Way more than it would be worth.... They will probably have a 1 hour minimum for a 5 minute job @ around $60 per hour:rolleyes:
Unless the mechanic is a nice person.

If you can change the spark plug you can change the main jet. It is that simple, just follow Jeffs instructions and you will be fine.
