I was taking the float bowl off of my carb and one of the screws wont come off. It won't budge at all. All the oter screws came off but this one wont budge. Any ideas of how do take it off?

See if you can get a small set of vice frip pliers on the head. If not you might have to cut a slot in the head some way for a reg screw driver. Best of luck.

Get an impact driver, a couple taps will loosen it right up...

Yep, those work good.

Those screws they put in the bottom of the carb, just plain suck.

Is it in the carb, or the big screw on the outside of the carb(holding onto the idle adjustment screw)?

I could never take mine off but I could take the float bowl off anyway.

were talkin about the 4 little screws that seem to be made out of plastic that hold the float bowl on.

HOw does an impact driver work? Can that damage the floats or any other part of the carb?

No it won't cause damage, it helps prevent stripping out the screw heads. You apply twisting pressure with your hand in the direction you want the screw to turn and tap the end of it with a hammer. This drives the bit into the screw and at the same time multiplies torque through the internal cam system loosening the screw. They are not that expensive so every quad nut should have one in the toolbox...:D :D
