Resizing Pictures

How do you resize a picture? I want to load an aviatar and I can't get it small enough. Can someone explain to me how I can do this? Thanks! :D

Try www.irfanview.com It is a free program that can resize pics.
You can email me and i'll give it a shot but I I might not get it back to you untill tomorrow night.

you can do it in paint. just get a new sheet, go to "image" then "attributes" change it to 65x65 pixels. take the picture you want..... copy it then paste it in paint. then use your sizing handles to resize it to fit the 65x65 box properly.:)
