everyone needs to do what i just did. Fill out the form with a bunch of B.S.

I just filled it out and told them me and a buddy just finished a case of beer and was riding double down the trail in a fifth gear wheelie then all of the sudden a car slammed us head on.
When i came to three days later in a hospital the policeman informed me that the trail I was riding on was US highway 501, and my blood alcohol content was a .31
So I was hoping your law firm could sue honda for 1.5 million dollars, after all I was riding a honda four wheeler and it was a honda civic that was on the trail.

I told them I sh!it my shorts when I was riding and jumped a highway and almost got hit by a truck and I would like to sue Honda for the trama that my ATV has put me through,as its Honda's fault that I could have been hurt by their product :p
