i have a 87 250r frame that has been gusseted and powdercoated red..as far as i can tell from my eye it has no rewelds..just gusseted..i could get pics but it will be a while....i also have a 87 250r stock steering stem..powdercoated blue..also i have grooved radials on itp rims..if you pay for the tired i will give the rims for free..they are in not in the best shape but hold air year round..i assure that everyht5ing is in good shape..give an offer and ill get back to you....
