Ok i took the baffle out and the air box lid off of my 300EX. Do i need to re-jet first of all. If i do what should i re-jet too?

i would just put about a 128-132 main jet in it

I don't know what the stock size on the 300 is but i'd go up at least 2-3 sizes. It is better to start high and work your way down.
