View Full Version : Questions on 330 kits....

Okay, First of all i want more *** in my 300 so i am thinking of buying the 330 kit from i think the company is four stroke technologies?, port and polish, and a webcam. What do you all think of that? Also will my engine last very long with the 330 kit... well what i mean is i am going to race a little bit but mostly just ride it with friends and such so will it last as long as it would on stock bore? Also include anything else you might add to it to make it run better, faster. Thanks!

I've heard nothing bad about the 330 kits. I'd say go for it, as long as you have the suspension to be able to actually ride faster. It seems like it is a real good seat of the pants improvement over stock. Reliability shouldn't be bothered that much, mines still pretty reliable. :D

Cool jay thanks bro, And Wow 396ex, that thing must be a screamer, wut can you run with? By the way is the webcam a good choice, also can i get rockers from webcam to? Thanks!

It runs beside pipped, filtered and jetted 400's in a drag. I actually outran a Z400 w/ a Yoshi and a 1 tooth smaller c/s yesterday (could've been rider). I haven't raced much more than that. I need to find a way to gear a little higher, my gears are still too short. As far as the rockers I'm not sure I bought mine like it is, but I'm tearing her down this winter to possibly re-ring (smokes a little while it's cold, but after 2 1/2-3yrs w/ this motor). Web cam is a good choice, because my friend I bought it off of had a Hot Cam in it be4 and it broke and they wouldn't help w/ it (only used for maybe a week) so that's not a product I personally prefer. :D
