View Full Version : Taking 300ex baffle out

Any body got any tips on takin a baffle/ SA out on a stock 300ex pipe?

On my '02 I had to take out the screws and break the little tack welds w/ whatever works and it came right out. Becareful breaking those welds cause it's easy to cut into the pipe if you use a chisel like I did. ;)

yeah thats how i done it..doesnt make it much louder

why take the baffle out? save up and buy a sliencer, or a complete system:D

ok i took the baffle out and took the air box lid off. It sounds mean!! Now what about jetting. what do i need to jet to?
