Ok Im an idiot! You were all right and I just didn't lisen. I'M SORRY! In my not so well lit garage the RUBBER:rolleyes: tube that comes in to the air box looked like the same material the air box is made out of. I got my bike out in the sun thus weekend and gut a closer look at it.Again IM SORRY. Next time I'll get my fax straight befor I get knuts.:D

Did you get the K&N to fit?

I havent put it in yet I still need oil for it. But I went riding yesterday w/ a friend w/ a K&N in his 400 and looked at it. then it all made sence. Thanks for all your help and sorry I was so numb.

take it easy on yourself. Also, if the K&N is new and appears red, that means it was pre-oiled at the factory. Clamp it on and bump that jetting up a tad and you're good to go!
