why do threads get "closed"? liek i cant post a reply to my own thread b/c it jsut says "closed" whats the deal?

the mods don't want a bunch of love line dear abby type stuff on here. like i see that your new and all, and u probably don't quite know the "rules" yet of what type is okay to make topics on and stuff. (i know...when i 1st joined, i made some pretty dumb topics...:huh ) but like talking bout wanting to have sex w/ your bf and stuff like that (u might wanna take a look at rule 3 down below "3. Refrain from swearing, making sexual and drug references" then the mods will close em, they have all the right to, its the rules. sry:confused:
