250r shocks on a 400ex

Will 250r shocks fit on a 400ex? I am pretty sure you can do it, I just want to be 100% sure because I am selling a pair of PEP shocks that came off a 250r and a person with a 400ex wants to purchase them. Please help me out.....thanks

yep, my pep shocks were form a 250r,, just note they may need to be rebiult becasue an r is lighter than a ex.....mine just came back from baldwin who noticed that...mine were for a 160 pond rider on a 250r i wiegh 165, they were a little soft , but not bad,,,,go ahead and sell them.

I bought a set of Works triple rates that were off a R. They work great. I didn't have to have them revalved or nothing.
