What kind of aftermarket parts should I get for my 400ex to boost up the speed, acceleration, power, etc.

LOL! I can relate....

You may need to narrow things down a bit... What is more important? Top speed or acceleration.... One will directly offset the other....

Do you have any aftermarket parts on now?

No I dont have any aftermarket parts on now. What kind of things do you suggest to get and do?

depends on what you are looking for performance wise..
Most people do these things when they get there bikes

high flow airfilter
jet kit
maybe an exhaust
remove the parking break and put on the brake block off plate
some take to choke out of the carb and put in a 42 pilot
some remove the airbox lid or put holes in it an put the uni vents in place of the holes
you could get a degree key to advance the timming gives you a crisp throttle responce

these are just some suggestions hope this helps. :)
