I just heard yesterday that Wiesco owns JE pistons. They put Wiesco rings on the JE piston but they are still 2 totally different pistons. anyone hear of this?

never heard that one but if its true ...its another reason to stick w/Pro -X

Yeah, it's something like that, one owns the other.
Just because one company owns another dosen't neccessarly mean they are the 'same' company.
It is all about $$'s.
