wut would be a good set up if i do alot of flat track and motocross wut a arms and shockwould be the best at a good price

for mx go with long travel +3 or +4 front end. Houser, Roll, Walsh.....Axis, Elka, PEP...if you want to spend the big bucks.

If not...
Many companies are getting the price of +2 a-arms down quite a bit. $350 will buy you some nice a-arms, they may not say roll, but with a lifetime warranty, who cares. i bet the econo elkas w/o rezzy with just some cheaper a-arms would be a good, but cheap set-up. no idea on flat track.

just get a sway bar for flattrack

If you plan on riding mx, I would plan to skip the sway bar.
