i just got my 400 and started jumpin it at the dunes and was just wondering how do i change the back shock to fit me i weigh 110

well there is 2 screws on the shock. On the top is your one adjustment which is (i cant remember right now) and one on the bottom of the shock is your rebound (its near the bottom eye) set those a bit softer to your liking its not saying that one setup will work for all. You find what works best for you and you alone. just take your time setting it up small adjustments too so ya dont get too far off from a good average.

At 110 lbs, you may want to loosen the pre-load rings to soften the spring rate too.
