i has just got back from the dunes and was washin my 400 and saw little cracks nuttin leakin or nething just little tiny cracks and im wonderin if this is a problem or if its normal i have no clue please help

Where were the cracks ? Is it possible it is just paint flaking or the coating on your bike rubbin / gettin scratched off?

on the bottom of the engine like down in front of the oil tank

ya, thats normal, looks like a major issue, but its like that on most engines. Your head will have those little crack marks on it also. ;)

Chances are, they are just casting marks.
