250x motor in 300ex [Archive]

Will this fit with no major mods? I want to put liek a stroked out 250x motor in my 300ex and beat the piss out of it for mx.... What will i have to do besides take the battery off?

Ah, Pete, I can see the gears in your head turning right now! That would be pretty badazz if that could work. That one kid had that pimped out '92 250x in the junior woodsman class and he was flying. I shall keep my ears open for such possibilities....lol!:D

i believe it would fit im pretty sure they have the same exact frame

250x is kickstart right? I wonder why they took it off the 300ex?:confused:

just need to hook up battery and start button. everything mounts up the same.....their the same engine.....except electric start and kickstart
