sputtering or bogging

ok, heres my problem

When i stab the throttle, and let it out, in 1st 2nd or nuetral, it revs up fine. But when i nail it and hold it down, it hesitates, and eventually revs.

also, what is the difference between bogging and sputtering

im running a 175 main w/ all my mods if you want to know that. mods listed below

i think the fcr is somewhat known for that. here are my mods and jetting:

86mm ross 10.8:1 piston, x-6 exhaust, modded airbox lid, uni filter, ignition box, etc

my jetting is 162 main
stock needle location in the middle of summer and 4th position in the middle of winter.
around 3 turns out on the fuel skrew with a 45 pilot.

many people go up on the main jet a lot more than what i do but mine is fastest like this. i started big and went down. with a 165 it ran pretty good but not as good as the 162. i actually didn't even try a 160 so it may actually run better with that. good luck
