resizing images?

how do all of you resize the pictures you put on here? all my pictures end up real big. any help is appreciated. thanks in advance

if you have windows this is a good one .
all you do is left click on the pic after you open it and resize it.

its good to have a photo editing progam too like:

photoshop
photo studio
photo impact
etc, etc

heres a easy way to do it

go to paint load the pic go to image,stretch/scew and just keep lowerin the % until its a size you like and then just save it
