If you are looking into racing Ama rules, you'll need something with a .80 overbore, or 265cc's.

If you want a pro engine set-up, then buy a 265 Power Valve. Curtis Sparks, and Duncan as well as ESR all make nice ones, ESR being the most affordable.

If you just want a good beginner level mxer, then have your engine bored to 265, again most places can do this. Wiseco piston, and get it ported for low-mid power. Then a curtis sparks Mx, or Esr trx-6 pipe to complement the port. And a 36-38mm carburator. I prefer the Mikuni 38mm TMX flatside over the keihins, because it offers much more low-mid, and a heck of alot more Throttle response.
