300EX K&N Jets

Hey all, sorry to bother, here's the deal, I got a 2001 300ex, when i bought it it was jetted, and k&n filter i was also told to leave the air box lid off. The guy said he didn't know what they were, he thought like stage 2 or something. So my question is, is there a way to tell what kind of jets are in it and will they be fine when i put an aftermarket full pipe on???
