FMF Power Core IV? or WhiteBrothers R4

out of the FMF powercore and the White brothers R4..which has the most hp gains with a Mid pipe?..also..which is the loudest?, I Heard the FMF would be louder than the R4...(this is for a 400EX by the way) Thx

r-4 is louder and you goin to see more power gains out of the r-4 all together the r-4 is alot better pipe

im thinking about getting rid of my R4, its just a little to loud for me. my friends complain about trail riding behind me cause they say its too loud. id like to get a HMF with quiet core.
