Yeah, you can buy the perch separate from the lever for around $10. I'm assuming your just replacing a broken one right?

A ton of places sell them, anyone that has the levers/perch will have the perch's separate as well.

Are the perches themselves different or just the cable mounting point on the lever?

the perch is just a standard CR perch, its the lever thats different.
