PC and polishing prices?

I dunno if this is the right forum or not. But im trying to get some prices for my winter rebuild.

PC'ing for ..
frame
A-arms(done it before and was $100)
Swingarm

Polishing for..
side cases on 250x

and is there any way i can polish them myself?

i would suggest sending the cases to someone....its possible to do it yourself..but tackling a set of cases for your first polishing job would be tough...if your interested..i can do em for 60 shipped....
