I would like to get everyones honest opinion about DG products.
Bumpers, Nerfs, Skids, etc.

I want to hear everything....good or bad

What do you like or dislike....are they durable, how are the welds.

Lets hear what you guys think.

I am not a huge fan of DG, but I can't complain yet with their products. I have had DG skids on both of my rides and they have taken some serious shots and still held up. Some think that DG stands for Dollar General, but I have been happy with my stuff!;)

I broke all the mounting tab welds on my bumper and i destroyed my swongarm skidplate faster about as fast as my stock one.

Well, i have dg skids all the way around and they've held up threw the roughest terrain of xc races and hatfield mccoy riding, some of the rocks at h/m are huge ask anyone that's been there, i haven't had any problem with them or my bumper, the front bumper doenst' look as good as some others but it's there for a bumper purpose and serves it well, the belly skid rattles a lil but but nothing you cant easily fix. Just my .02

Lets hear what you guys think. Do you work for DG or something?:blah: They serve their purpose I suppose..but they aren't the best,I ve seen a chassis skid I thought was pretty beafy but their swinger skids could be a tab strongerIMO

I have both ac and dg bumpers skids ect.

Dg fits way better then ac does, there chassis skid is thicker.

But I like the looks of ac's stuff.

For nerfs, ac pro pegs all the way, I love those things.

there swinarm skid, i bent real quick

the dg alloy nerfs i have are doing wonderfull. ive had them almost 2 years. they are still the original shape, no dents, they mounted easily. no complaints about them.

I totally agree with spincr4hire. I've bent everything (bumper, skid plates, and nerfs) made by DG.
