I'm confused. There are two Little Saharas. One in Utah and one in Oklahoma. Can we ride in both? Which one is better? More popular? What's the difference?

Yes, there are two LS's, one in OK and one in UT.

You can ride both, but I couldn't tell you which is better since I haven't been to both. I live about an hour away from LS in Utah and I love it. Sand Mountain is one of the larger dunes that I've ever seen, and I've been to Glamis, Dumont, and Pismo.

I'm not sure but I think the one in OK might me a bit more popular, I believe they hold regular events there like organized drag races and such.

But I'm sure both have their strong points.

I can only speak for the one in OK. It is a very good time there. It's a state park so it has very nice facilities and campgrounds. It's around 1500 acres which is quite a bit smaller than the other duning hotspots, but it's plenty big enough to be fun. From what I have seen in pictures and been told, there is nothing at LS OK that comes close to the size of the dunes at other places. Depending on conditions, the tallest I've personally seen the big dunes there have been around 100-120 ft north faces. It does have a large area with tight, challenging trails which is a blast to play follow-the-leader WFO with abunch of riders (especially at night).
Check this out for info on all the events they have down there.

Utah is a very big area - about 50,000+ acres with the (in)famous Sand Mountain which is 600 ft high. A hill shooter's paradise if you'r machine doesn't blow up before you get to thte top. I have a LOT of pics and vids from Utah on my site.

Utah has big bowls that connect to each other for great high speed duning and plenty of very challenging hills to climb and smaller dunes for jumping. There is a little bit of everything even some trails running through trees.
