pc'ing steel rims

i just bought 8'' pro wedge II on itp steel rims,and they aren't rusted yet, but i dont want them to come all rusted, so if i ship the rims to the pc shop, and they pc me like grey, i dunno for the color, but anyways will the pc keeps them from rusting, cause they will always be full of snow, so the rust will come easily into them.

if you have other solutions, please help!

Yes, the PC will do a better job at protecting the rims than the paint does. Just make sure the shop does a good job at getting the powder down in the seams. I have done many of these and it can be a big pain in the @$$ to get a good coating down in those seams if they are a two piece rim.

To help protect them in the mean time. keep a good coat of WD-40 on them.
