bearing carrier help

hey guys i have a problem. i went to replace my axle bearing in my 400ex and notice that the outer part of the race on the left side was stuck to my stock carrier the right side came out with no problem at all. is there a way to get the race out or do i have to buy a new carrier? and which carrier should i go with? thanks

Split the race it will releave the side pressure and should come out. YOu also can heat the carrier it is aluminum and will expand faster than the steel bearing race.

thanks for the help i got it by running a bead of weld on the race and it worked great thanks again
