mudsharks on ice?

Hey guys I got a pair of mudsharks on .190 douglas rims and i wanna make them my ice tires for the winter.. i have a few questions...

1. will they be good in snow if i buy ice studs
2. will they be just good for ice and not snow
3. where can i purchase ice studs

i'd appreciate it if i could get some 411 on the whole "ice tire shabang"
