Need help on a song

Does anyone know the name of this song? Its a rock song, and the sound almost reminds me of Rush, not too fast but not slow and just has the sound of Rush. The only part I can remember is the chorus, which goes like "Set me freeeee, oh heavens alive". I tried to catch the name of it when I heard it on the radio, and it sounded like they said "Heaven's Alive", but I can't find it on Kazaa. Any ideas?

I got the legal kazaa now, its like 25 bucks for 2 years. I thought it was worth it.
